Return & Exchange Policy:
We want you to love your purchase! If you need to make a return, we offer exchanges or refunds to your original payment method.
Return Request: You'll have 7 days from receiving your order to request a return through the returns portal or contact us at torontoladyshop@gmail.com. Once approved, we'll email you a prepaid return shipping label. Please print the label and attach it to your package before shipping. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Condition Requirements: Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, free of stains and odors, and in their original packaging with all tags still attached. Please remember that alterations will void the return policy.
Return Shipping: You'll need to ship your return within 14 days of submitting a return request. Late returns qualify for store credit only.
Return Processing: Once your item arrives and passes inspection, we'll process your return in 5-10 business days.
Return Fee: A $3 return fee plus the cost of the return label ($12.99) will be charged before the return label is issued.
Refunds: Once your return is approved, we'll issue the refund to your original payment method. Please note, it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Exchanges: We offer two ways to get your replacement:
1- Direct Exchange ($4 Fee): If you prefer a standalone exchange, a $4.00 re-shipping fee will apply once your return is processed.(Note: Standard return fees ($12.99 label) apply to the original item being sent back).
2- With a New Order (Free re-shipping): Place a new order and we’ll include the replacement item in your package at no extra re-shipping cost.
